Grape juice
Purpose
The aim of microfiltration is to replace the traditional kieselguhr clarification process used for grape juice.
Solution
During treatment, the product is split into two streams:
- a clear filtrate free from suspended solids, with very low turbidity
- a concentrate containing the suspended solids, with high turbidity
